The Dashboard is designed to provide you with a real-time view into how your thermostats are operating, your recent bill spend, and your demand ratio. This allows you to quickly view where attention may be needed.

The Control Room is a space to manage your thermostats. Similar to how your thermostats sit on your wall in your location—think of this as your "wall" for easier remote management.

You'll be able to view & manage the following for each connected thermostat:

• Indoor temperature

• Cool / heat setpoint

• Mode

• Device issues

Temporary changes to setpoints or mode can be made on the thermostat itself or directly in our application.

Auto-Reset ensures that your thermostats are operating on schedules, and manual onsite overrides are reset at close of business each night. This prevents thermostats from getting stuck at low, energy-hungry settings in and effort to avoid expensive bills and HVAC overuse.

By connecting your utility account to our platform, you can benefit from additional insights into your usage and spending trends.

In addition to Energy Insights, you can view your meter data for a more granular view into your consumption and demand over a specific period.

Consumption is the amount of energy used over a specific period of time.

Demand is the most energy, or peak demand, used in a specific period of time.

Put simply, you can think of consumption as the total number of miles driven in a period. Your demand is the most miles you drove within a short interval during that period.
