Setting up "Energy Spend" Insights
ConEd "Billing Data" is available through a third-party provider called Arcadia. This allows David Energy to receive your bills to provide insights in usage and spend.
This step is essential for our software platform as it allows us to monitor your activity and report any anomalies or potential issues in your bills.
Here are the steps to set this up:
David Energy will trigger a request to share data via ConEd
The ConEd account owner will receive an email asking to allow access
Follow the prompts to approve the request
Email success@davidenergy.com (or your dedicated contact) when you have completed the steps for all requested locations
The David Energy team will review to ensure that the setup was successful
If it was successful, your energy insights will flow into our platform
