An Airzone is an ancillary device for Mitsubishi Electric AC units. It is installed by your HVAC unit to read settings and programming from the thermostat.
Resolving "Unreachable" Issues
If your device is listed as "Unreachable" in our platform, this means that we have lost our connection signal and are unable to monitor or manage it's programming.
Unreachability could be caused by the device needing a reset or issues caused by WiFi, power or hardware malfunctions.
Troubleshooting Steps:
First, check that the thermostat has power
Click on the home screen to "wake up" the thermostat
If it powers on, the thermostat does not have power issues
If it does not power on, check our other guides for assistance
Next, reboot the Airzone device
Locate the device in your store
Press and hold the reset button until the LED signal switches off
The device should reboot and reestablish it's connection
