Why is my Monthly Recap email showing 0 bills?

If your Monthly Recap email is showing that we did not process any bills, it could mean one of the following:
You are not on a 30 day billing cycle. If, for example, you receive an energy bill every 45 days, you will see your David Energy bill monitoring results every other month.
You are not connected to bill monitoring. We need your utility credentials in order to screen bills for you. To connect a utility account to David Energy bill monitoring, click here.
