Bill Audits Onboarding: Troubleshooting

In order to ensure each account is monitored for bill audits, please authorize all accounts via https://app.davidenergy.com/authorize-arcadia. Please find additional troubleshooting support by utility below:

ConEdison

If your Bill Audits onboarding status is not connected, please ensure:

  1. There is an email address associated with each account

    • In order to connect to ConEd accounts, Arcadia requires each account to have a contact email registered. To see if you have a contact email registered, follow these steps:

      1. Log into your ConEd account

      2. Go to Account and Billing → Manage my account 

      3. Scroll to Account Contact Information 

      4. Ensure that there is an email address listed under Service Account Contact Information.

  2. You approve connection via the email from ConEd OR approve connection via the ConEd portal

    • You will receive an email from ConEd for each account

    • You must click the approval in each email individually

    • If you prefer, you can approve in the ConEd portal

      • Under "Third Party Account Management Access" you will see a request from David Energy. Click "Allow"
