Reset Connection (Resideo Smart Home)
Below are instructions for resetting your wifi connection via the Resideo Smart Home app.
1. Log into the Resideo - Smart Home application
This is a mobile app that you can download from the App Store, if needed. Use your login credentials for access.
2. Select your device location
In the top menu, click the drop-down to select the location you need to access.
3. Open your thermostat & settings
From the list below the weather box, click on the location that you need to reset wifi for. It will very likely be listed as "System is Offline" (see below).
4. Click the "Settings" Icon
This appears as a cog icon in the top righthand corner.
5. Click "Reset Wi-Fi" Option
This option will be listed under Thermostat Settings.
6. Follow the prompts
The in-app experience will guide you through the reconnection process.
Once completed successfully, devices should resume connectivity with both your device and the David Energy platform.
