Below are instructions for troubleshooting your thermostat connection via the Sensibo vendor portal.
1. Log into the Sensibo Vendor App
This app can be accessed on your desktop browser.
2. Find the disconnected device
Disconnected devices will be dark gray in color. Clicking "Troubleshoot" will take you to their support page.
