Connect Devices to Resideo Application

The following article includes instructions for connecting your devices to the appropriate thermostat vendor application.

Devices compatible with this application include:

- T5 Wifi Thermostat
- T6 Pro Wifi Thermostat
- T9 / T10 / T10+ Pro Wifi Thermostat

This step is required to connect our software to your thermostats for schedule management. You will need to be onsite where the device is located to complete this task.

Download Resideo Smart Home Application

This app is available in your mobile app store (Apple / Google Play). If you are new to Resideo, you'll need to download it and create your user account.

Login to Your Account

Once setup, log into the app with your username and password.

Find your Location

From the top drop-down menu, select the address you want to add devices to.

Add Devices

When on the location homepage, click the "plus sign" to connect a new device.

Select Thermostat Model

Under Add New Device, select the thermostat model for the device you are trying to connect.

Complete Installation & Setup

Follow the setup guide provided for your specific device. The app will guide you through each step and confirm when the device is connected.

Once ready, you will see your device listed in the homepage.

Submit Credentials to David Energy

David Energy requires the login credentials to your account to connect each device to our software. To submit your credentials, complete this form, selecting Thermostat App Credentials as your submission type.
