Many utilities offer online resources to manage your account more easily. Listed below are the steps to help you manage your account based on utility.

ConEd

ConEd allows customers to manage their accounts online. Visit their "Start, Move, or Stop Service" and select the option based on your request.

PSE&G allows customers to manage their accounts via their online portal. Visit their "Start, Stop, or Move Service" website and log in with your credentials. Follow the prompts to complete the necessary steps.

For David Energy Supply customers

If your business is closing, we will receive a notification of the stop request. Our team may reach out to verify with you. Depending on your contract, you may be responsible for early termination fees (ETF). Our team can help you better understand next steps.

If your business is moving locations, be sure to let our team know. To avoid early termination fees (ETF), we can determine if the supply account can be transferred to the new address.
